Curriculum 2017-2018

Here we are. Beginning our 9th year of homeschool. Hard to believe. My oldest has graduated. WE DID IT! It was a joint effort for sure. My boy leaves for San Antonio for basic training USAF in just 4 days. How strange it will be to have the first day of school without him! Also his birthday, thanksgiving, Christmas, and just everyday life. However, he is ready and we are so excited for him and all of the adventures he is about to experience.

Three students. I am down to just three.

EEK and before I breathe at all, I have another senior! My beautiful Taylor is beginning her last year of school now. How in the world will I deal next fall when I am planning for just 2 students? Not 4, lol.  Time really does fly.

Here is our curriculum choices for this next school year. I am super excited about our upcoming year. More than I have been it quite some time. We have rearranged the house and brought the school room from the basement to the middle floor where we now can SEE OUTSIDE! While we loved the space in our cozy basement, the lack of fresh air and sunlight was getting to us. We begin school on September 5th. We are enjoying our final days of summer and getting ready for fall!

We do LOTS of reading, lots of activities, lots of play in these early years. BUT these resources I have on hand!

We are looking forward to a fantastic year!
